Boracay is one of the most popular destinations in the Philippines for white-sand beach seekers. But for someone who’s been there multiple times, every time I visit, I look for other experiences aside from the beaches.
So today, I am happily bringing your attention to Mandala Spa in Boracay, one of the best places to be on the island when you want a relaxing massage in a traditional Filipino setup… or when you just want to be away from the beach for a while. 🤣
Mandala Spa is located in Station 3 on Boracay Island. Yes, Boracay is divided into three stations along its white beach, but they recently opened a fourth one—Station 0—a more exclusive, quieter area at the northern end of White Beach.
Anyway, just to set your expectations: even though it’s in Station 3, it’s not located by the beach. You won’t see ocean views at all while on the property. It’s actually surrounded by lush foliage, making it feel like a tropical spa deep in the forest.

I wish I had taken more photos of this place, but at the time, I wasn’t thinking of sharing a short blog about it, so all I have are short videos.
Still, I’m sharing them with you anyway, because I want you to know there’s a great spa like this in Boracay that’s quite affordable compared to the ones inside the 5-star luxury hotels on the island.
We totally loved our experience in their couples’ hut, where we got the complete package—including a two-hour traditional massage, floral foot spa, and milk bath. I didn’t want it to end. 🤣
Unfortunately, all good things must end, and so did our package experience at Mandala Spa. We were free to explore the expansive property afterward, though. You might enjoy basking in the aura of the place a little longer, surrounded by well-maintained tropical trees, flowers, and Filipino architecture.
Or, you can eat at their café in front. It’s small and can seat maybe 15 to 20 max, but I love that it’s on the second floor with very Filipino architecture and interior design, serving Filipino food too! We had to wait a while for our food even though we were the only ones there (the couple behind us was done eating), but as they say, all good things are worth the wait. 😊

Here’s the only photo of our food from my phone. 🤤
And that’s it! There are a lot more interesting things to do on Boracay Island aside from beach stuff. I might blog about them someday, so stay posted!

Is Movenpick Cebu Still One of the Best Hotels on Mactan Island?
Movenpick Cebu has a reputation for upscale island escapes. But with Mactan Island’s growing resort scene, does it still deliver the luxury experience it promises? Here’s my honest review.
One of My Favorite Luxury Beachfront Resorts in Cebu, Philippines
As we plan our next adventure in the Philippines, I can’t help but look back on our last trip to Cebu, where we stayed at Dusit Thani on Mactan Island.
I remember being hesitant to book this place. Some hotels on the island are quite old, have suffered damage from recent storms, and clearly need…
