I promise I don’t only write about spas. 🤣 I just love these relaxing experiences so much that I want to share them with you in case you happen to be in the Philippines and looking for the best spas in town.

My number one in Manila: Apricus Wellness at Conrad Manila.

Not a lot of people seeking world-class spa experiences would think to look at Conrad, as it’s often overshadowed by the bigger five-stars in Metro Manila.

But lucky you, I know all about this amazing gem. 😌

I think Apricus offers something that other spas in the same tier don’t: a view of Manila Bay, which adds even more to the zen vibe of the massage room.

Speaking of massage rooms, theirs are super spacious, especially if you book the couples’ room. I forgot to take photos of the shower and sauna inside, but you can use them as part of your massage package as per usual.

One other advantage of Apricus is that it gives you a view of the Mall of Asia’s evening fireworks at 7 PM. If you want that as part of your experience, schedule your massage to begin or end around that time.

Oh, and the staff are very accommodating. Before your appointment, they’ll ask if you’re celebrating a special occasion and if there’s anything they can do to design the space for you.

When I told them we were celebrating our anniversary, they laid rose petals on the massage bed and gave us cake, too. Little things like this make the overall experience a cut above the rest.

Anyway, if you feel like treating yourself to hours of pamper time, I recommend the package with the 24K gold body scrub, milk and floral bath, and a two-hour massage.

Afterwards, take time to sip tea at their oceanfront lounge.

I could be wrong, but I think they also offer gift cards. So if you want to gift this experience to someone, go ahead! I personally would not mind if somebody gave me a day at Apricus. I would not mind at all. 🤣
